SpamWeed is a learning filter. So if some legitimate mail are mistakenly filtered as spam, simply move them to the "Legitimate" folder in SpamWeed, then receive mail again. This will train SpamWeed so that similar emails are not blocked in the future. To learn how to retrieve misclassified legitimate mails, please click here.
If you have trained SpamWeed, but same / similar emails are still blocked, you will need to find out why. SpamWeed's "filter types" indicates why a particular mail is filtered as spam or legitimate. If you don't know what is SpamWeed "filter types", please click here.
