First things first

If you encounter anything wrong with your email communication after installing SpamWeed, for example, spam still not filtered or cannot receive email, the first step is to check is SpamWeed running properly? In fact, more than 90% of problems are caused by misconfigurations!

If after trying the simple self-check procedures, you still have problems or questions, please follow this procedure:

  • If you encountered popup errors or other bugs, please report to us. If possible, please make a screenshot which is very helpful!
